Refund policy

Every jar is inspected before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@hamptonandharbour.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Your choice.

30-Day First-Jar Guarantee. We want your first jar to be right for your skin. If it is not, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@hamptonandharbour.com and return it for a refund of the product price. This applies to your first jar only, one per customer. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we refund the product price, not original or return shipping.

For all other orders, because this is a personal care product, we cannot accept returns of opened or used jars. Unopened jars in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

A note on texture: whipped tallow is a natural product. It may settle during shipping or soften in warm weather, which can make the jar appear less full. The net weight is unchanged, and this is not a defect. If the texture changes in transit, place the jar in a cool room for a few hours and it will firm back up.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
