Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing - Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Rates - Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery - Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Warm weather - Whipped tallow can soften or melt in high heat during transit. This does not affect the quality or the net weight of the product. If your jar arrives soft, place it in a cool room or the refrigerator for a few hours before use. In summer months, we recommend retrieving your package promptly rather than leaving it in a hot mailbox.

Lost or damaged packages - If your order arrives damaged, email hello@hamptonandharbour.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, or tracking stops updating for more than 7 days, contact us and we will help you resolve it.
